If you purchased your home within the last several years and you know that your home has declined in value compared to the tax-assessed property value, it is possible that you will be able to have your property value reassessed and your taxes reduced.

Many homeowners are receiving offers for assistance in getting their property taxes reduced. However, this is something easy enough to DO YOURSELF - you do not need to hire a service to do this.
